They are absolutely hopeless, they do not follow up on work orders or quotes received without 15 phone calls to remind them. They have been the management for my strata block for 18 months and it was the worst decision the owners corporation could have made. Barry, the owner, is rude and when I have made complaints about work orders not being completed 12 months later I've been told I can't expect too much from them.

Managed our property and had no interest apart from deducting admin fee. Don't let them manage your property. Stay away from them at all cost.
