- Yorick Hunt Added October 13, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They promise "fully qualified technicians," but the actual work is carried out by barely-legal apprentices who struggle to even work out where the sump plug is.
A simple oil & filter change left me with much of the old oil still in the car (they were obviously too busy to wait a few minutes for it to properly drain out), over-filled with oil (couldn't be bothered waiting for it to settle and measuring), and a price almost double that of other workshops in the area.
Not only that, but they came up with a bevy of concocted "problems" with my car (even with items I've had replaced only a few months ago) - just to try to extract more money for themselves. I expect to be "over-serviced" by a dentist, but not a mechanic!
Yes, their workshop and waiting room look very sexy - but I'd rather go into a workshop which looks like a workshop and be served by people who take pride in what they're doing.
I won't be going back.
