Placed a order via menulog for 6 items. Placed many orders from service stations before and if something is out of stock it's greyed out on the app or they'll call and ask if you want a replacement...not here, I got 3 out of 6 items and not one of those three were anything I ordered...I even went down as i live 5 minutes away and asked them if they could replace it I could see what I ordered on the shelf. And they refused and said I had to contact menulog? Disgusting..especially Emily not sure how those kind of people get hired - 一之 Added November 09, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Just buy a gift card, how hard it is? spent 15 minutes to waiting for the complicated procedures, and a female staff let me wait until all customers gone who behind me, and write a date on my card where for my message, very bad services. Was too busy on her mobile phone to even give me back the items I had just paid for. I had to reach into the service area behind the barricade to retrieve my items. Absolutely disgusted. Will not be returning.
