  WORST EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BUY A BED FROM BOORI. We ordered a Yarra Double Bed and it was delivered unassembled (literally wooden slats). No assembly service offered. Pilot holes were all wrong so we couldn't even drill in the supporting bracket. Terrible service from after sales support who wouldn't admit there was an issue with pilot holes. Would give zero / negative stars if possible. Paid over $1k for the bed and no instructions given on the tools required to assemble.

  I cannot fault the service I received from Natasha from Boori.
  We bought a number of Boori baby furniture products years ago. Unfortunately we recently lost a bookshelf shelf support. I contacted Boori and Natasha instantly sent out replacement parts for our bookshelf. Couldn’t be more relieved and happy!

  Service I experienced at head office was outstanding. I ordered a gift for a child’s birthday and sent it directly to the birthday girl. Natasha who I spoke to went over and above, putting a message on the box for me which she put much more more effort than asked for.. Honestly, it has restored my faith in exceptional customer care and service. I hope she is recognised and rewarded. The world will be a much better place if there were more people like this in customer service roles. Well done Boori and Natasha, thank you!
