  Ok this place is a joke. I arranged a free measure and quote with Gavin on 9/10 at 9am. I waited until 10am and called him to find out where he was. He had no intention (or had forgotten) to come to my place and did not apologise. His arrogant and uncaring attitude takes the prize of customer service. So giving him the benefit of the doubt, I then arranged for the next day 10/10 at 9am. I called him at 7.41am to see if he was coming, his response was that he may make it by 9am. I said can you let me know if running late. I then get a text at 9.04am saying he is ‘on my way’. I call him and his response is I’m 23km away. I then say, I actually have to go to work so can’t wait around. I basically had a day off work and half a day, to wait around for a person that did not care for the customer and in fact, such a blatant disrespect for my time. If this is how you treat all your customers, not sure how you are even in business. Joke! I’m sure you will pay no attention to this feedback. I should also mention I had to call there at least 4 different times to try and arrange a time. Why have an email address and a website if this is your level of service!? My final word is if you are not interested in servicing a particular area of Sydney then just say and stop wasting people's time.

  DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! No customer service, no response to calls, booked a time and the person never showed up, rearranged for a future date and again no show and no apology. Take your money somewhere else!

  Substandard quality of work and uncaring for providing services that are paid and expected stay away. No pride on work done everything dodgy.
