  Chad- 11/10 customer service with prompt, professional, high quality, and honest service. Will only going to Express Trophies for my professional and personal needs for engraving, business cards, trophies, plaques and so much more. For this particular experience, Chadd went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get what I needed in the limited timeframe I gave. Amazing service from the entire team and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone! Already passed on their name onto family and friends for future business. Keep it up guys!

  I wanted something special for my son Graduating With Honours. I had a beer tankard etched majestically done. I love it. Very special. If I am able to upload a pic I will. Such a precious memento. I highly recommend these guys.

  Had a great experience at Express Trophies. The team was able to let me know what they had on hand so they could deliver us the product within the time frame I needed it in. As I was running late, they even stayed back well after closing hours to make sure I was able to pick up the final product so I could take it on a flight with me the next day.. The trophy and the writing was 100% correct and didn't need to be re-edited with any changes. Overall we were very happy with the service and efforts.. Highly recommended.

  Express - NO WAY!!
  Our company have been using Express Trophies for over a decade and have had nothing but great service, since the new owner has taking over the customer service has declined. Mistakes with orders, orders not ready and the worst part, the way I was spoken to today was very rude and disrespectful to a loyal customer!!! I have heard a lot of customers saying the same thing - I have taken our business to Raleigh Trophies in North St Mary's and they were more than happy to have our trophy ready by Monday.
  I recommend not using EXPRESS Trophies as you will regret it!
  Express - not at all!!

  If I could rate this place no stars I WOULD!
  Disgusting service, I don't even get treated this poorly off staff at the petrol station. The staff are rude and arrogant and will do nothing to help.
  Will be taking my service elsewhere! How is this place even still operating I have no idea. Not happy!
